When we are in need of restoring our emotional balance, this essence will be the one to help to reconnect you to your inner still centre point, for you to then be in peace and tranquillity. This essence replenishes, and assists us to be mindful of our needs.

When we are out of kilter, when we are tired and our brain has been busy and our emotions are all over the place, it is difficult to find our centre peace.

This essence can be taken in an emotional emergency, or when inner calm is needed, allowing us to restore and repose. It can be taken anytime it is good to have a bottle with you for helping to restore the balance.

At the weekend P’taah talked about us using the breath to calm and be still. It was very appropriate that this essence was made by the group to assist us in finding that calm still moment.
